“Absolutely first class. From the very first contact with Howzat Travel, everything was catered for. At our hotel, the view overlooking the beach and pool was superb. Transfers worked like clockwork – everything was on time, drivers and tour escorts were most helpful and unfailingly polite. Des helped to make this tour such a memorable experience. Whilst never ‘in your face’, he was always there to offer advice, and he made sure that all of our needs were catered for. In addition, his great wealth of travel experience made him an extremely interesting raconteur, and I suppose the greatest compliment is that we all considered him not as our manager, but ‘one of us’. All in all, considering the distance we travelled and the overall experience, this tour represented really good value for money in our eyes. This was our first experience of an overseas cricket tour and I am certain it won’t be our last.
