Make the most of a full day at leisure in Antigua. There is no doubt that some of this time should be spent on the beach - Dickenson Bay and Ffryes Beach are two of the most popular among visitors.
Nelson's Dockyard is a great place to explore Antigua's history. Named after the British Admiral - it's a UNESCO-listed site and there are plenty of bars and restaurants alongside the museum.
Today is the first ODI of the series. Jos Buttler will be looking to hit the ground running with a strong start, though the West Indies have a good ODI record at this ground in recent years.
After a leisurely morning, jump onboard the match-day transfer to the stadium. The game will likely run into the evening, after which the coach will return you to your hotel.
Sir Vivian Richards Stadium
Shirley Heights is one of the most picturesque spots on the island. The retired military lookout offers incredible views of both the English and Falmouth Harbours. Live music, rum punch, and local food such as saltfish and fungi, can often be enjoyed from here.
After a few days of relaxation, the second ODI is upon us. Again, jump onboard the match-day transfer to the stadium. The game will likely run into the evening, after which the coach will return you to your hotel.
The second ODI will be an opportunity for the loser of the first match to drag themselves back into the series ahead of the final ODI in Barbados. The innings record for an ODI at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium is 326 - well within reach of this strong England squad.
