Day 1
Check in
Make your own way to your hotel where you can check in for your 7 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis.
After settling in to your new surroundings, meet those familiar faces for a Welcome Drink as we look forward to our forthcoming adventure and in particular the first test.
Welcome Drinks
In the evening, you are invited to join your Howzat Tour Manager and the rest of your group for welcome drinks. This will also be an ideal chance for you to meet your fellow Howzat Travellers.

Day 2
Sightseeing Excursion - Karachi
After breakfast, the group will head to the Empress Market - built in 1884 in honour of Queen Victoria. There will be plenty of souvenir opportunities here! Once we've finished at the market, we will continue on to an iconic Karachi symbol, the Mausoleum of Mohammad Ali Jinnah - the founding father of Pakistan.
The excursion will be wrapped up with a sea view from Clifton Beach - popular with locals and tourists alike.

Day 3-7
Pakistan v England - 2nd Test Match
Each morning transfer with the group to the National Cricket Stadium for all 5 days of the 2nd Test Match. At the end of each days play we will transfer you back to your hotel.
Pakistan hold an ominous record here, the stadium became a fortress of Pakistan cricket - between the first match in 1955 and December 2000, Pakistan won 17 tests and were never beaten. Their first Test defeat on the ground came against England in 2000-01 where Nasser Hussain led England to a 1-0 series win. England were victorious here in 2022, however, courtesy of a Harry Brook ton.

Karachi to Lahore
Lahore was a very popular destination for those who joined the tour in 2022 and we are excited to be back for 3 nights here. Today we will fly across to Lahore from Karachi.

Day 9-10
Sightseeing Excursions - Lahore
Following the conclusion of the second test in Karachi we have an opportunity to experience all that Pakistan has to offer in Lahore.
Monday will begin with a morning and afternoon at leisure. The group will then head to the Wagah Border for the famous flag lowering ceremony. It's a great event, and was a firm favourite on Howzat's last trip to Lahore.
On Tuesday, we head to The Lahore Museum - the largest in Pakistan - which includes collections that depict the history of various ruling empires in the country. After this, we will proceed to the Minari Pakistan, a 70m tall tower built to commemorate the Pakistan Resolution, which led to the creation of the country as we know it today. The tour finishes with the Lahore Fort and the Badshahi Mosque.

The National Stadium became Karachi's 5th and Pakistan's 11th first-class ground for a fixture between Pakistan and India in 1955. The stadium became a fortress of Pakistan Cricket in 34 tests between that first match and December 2000 with Pakistan winning 17 tests and never being beaten. Test match defeats are rare for Pakistan in Karachi, though a 5-fer on debut for Rehan Ahmed in 2022 did lead England to victory here last time around.
