The organisation, the format but particularly the guides who accompanied us (Steve and Abi) who were excellent - John

David and Abhi who were the tour managers looked after us very well. Attentive and always looking for ways to improve the experience - negotiate easier entry to grounds, arranging things to do on, unanticipated, free days. Abhi helping us find our way around and negotiate in the bazaars – Robert

Representatives David, Abhi and (for the third week ) Steve were tremendous. They looked after us very well, they arranged everything, dealt swiftly with any problems that arose - such as queuing to get into the grounds - and when the Test matches ended early found very enjoyable things for us to do. – Robert & Susan

The personal care provided by the representatives ( David, Stephen and local knowledgeable Man Abhi) were second to none, could not have done more to make us feel welcome and more importantly safe. – Kenneth
