The holiday was really enjoyable and everything generally worked out extremely well. Transport arrangements were well organised when moving between cities (often via airports) and during city tours when coaches were prompt with pick ups when moving from one sightseeing attraction to another. I would particularly like to mention that the Indian Tour Guide Abhi was wonderful with his commitment to ensuring the travelling group got as much value from the holiday as possible. He was friendly, pleasant, informative, organised and did his utmost to ensure that the trip ran smoothly even when one or two issues beyond his control eg match ticket and stadium security arrangements made matters less straightforward than everyone would have wished! Abhi also put himself out to assist individuals or small groups to be able to see additional sights on a ad-hoc basis in their free time. The hotels were well chosen and the excursions were excellent. I think that the balance between going on the city excursions and having free time was just about right. The group lunches and group dinners worked out very well and Will Macpherson, cricket writer for the Daily Telegraph, was an excellent choice as guest at the final evening dinner. The party of nine travellers was a very closely knit group with everyone enjoying each other’s company and supporting each other. The Tour Manager helped to ensure that the holiday ran smoothly too. - Michael

Overall it was a good experience. Hotels were excellent and local guide Abhi was superb - very helpful and knowledgeable. Any problems were quickly acted on and resolved by tour leader and local guide. - Jane
